Terms of Service

KeepYourSong ("the Service") is operated by KeepYourSong ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including the website, the song generator, stem separation, Studio, your library and any related features.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright Policy, Refund Policy and AI Disclosure, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase credits or a subscription. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at the support address below if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must provide accurate information and a working email address. We may suspend accounts that use fake, disposable or shared identities to obtain free credits.

Creating songs and some other features use credits. Credits are reserved when you start a job and only charged for versions that complete successfully; failed versions are refunded automatically to your balance.

• Subscription credits are granted each billing period and reset at the start of the next period; unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• One-time credit packs never expire while your account is active.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money, except where required by law or described in the Refund Policy.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Pricing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

We may change prices or plan contents with at least 14 days' notice by email or on the website. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

"Your content" means anything you submit to the Service, such as descriptions, lyrics, titles, style tags and audio you upload. You keep all rights you have in your content. You grant KeepYourSong a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You confirm that you have the right to submit your content, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not submit lyrics you do not have the right to use, or ask the Service to imitate a real artist's voice, name or identity.

"Output" means audio, lyrics, titles, stems and other material generated by the Service in response to your requests. Subject to these Terms and to the licences of the AI model providers we use, KeepYourSong assigns to you, as between you and us, all rights we may hold in Output you create, and does not claim ownership of it.

• On paid plans and credit packs you may use Output for commercial purposes, as described in the Commercial License page.
• On the free plan, Output is for personal, non-commercial use only. Output created on the free plan may be upgraded to a commercial licence by purchasing a plan or pack and requesting a licence certificate for that song from support.
• Because Output is produced by AI, similar Output may be generated for other users. We do not promise that any Output is unique, that it will be accepted by streaming or distribution platforms, or that it is eligible for copyright or other registration in any country.

You may not use Output to impersonate a real person, to claim that it is a human performance by a specific artist, to train or benchmark competing AI models, or in any way that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

Every song, version, edit and stem you create is stored in your library and can be downloaded without a monthly cap. "Unlimited downloads" refers to material you created on KeepYourSong and is subject to fair use: automated bulk scraping, or using the Service as a general file host, is not permitted.

We will keep your library available for as long as your account is active. If we ever need to retire storage for inactive accounts, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email so you can download your songs.

We use third-party AI models to generate songs. Features, models, output length and limits may change for technical, commercial or legal reasons, including changes imposed by model providers. We will announce material changes on the website.

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk for other users, engage in fraud or chargebacks, or have been inactive for more than 24 months (after notice).

If we terminate your account for a breach, unused credits are forfeited. If we discontinue the Service, we will refund unused prepaid amounts on a pro-rata basis and give you time to download your library.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated music can be unpredictable; you are responsible for reviewing Output before you use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepYourSong's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights in your country.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your use of Output in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will first be raised with our support team; if it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, except that consumers in the EU, UK or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection rules keep the protections and forum rights those rules give them.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or a notice on the website. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
