Acceptable Use Policy

• Imitate a real artist, performer or public figure: their voice, name, likeness or signature style. Prompts such as "in the style of [artist]" are rewritten or rejected.
• Reproduce existing songs, melodies or lyrics you do not own, or submit copyrighted lyrics without permission.
• Create content that is sexual involving minors, that promotes violence, terrorism, hatred or discrimination against protected groups, or that harasses, threatens or defames a person.
• Create misleading content, such as fake endorsements, deepfakes or music presented as the authentic work of a real person.
• Upload audio you do not have the right to process (for stem separation or other features).
• Circumvent credits, rate limits, bot protection or any security measure; create multiple accounts to collect free credits; scrape or bulk-download the Service.
• Use Output to train, fine-tune or evaluate competing music-generation models.
• Break any applicable law, or use the Service from a country subject to comprehensive sanctions.

Prompts and lyrics pass through automated checks for artist names, known lyrics and prohibited content. Our AI providers apply their own safety filters and may block a request; blocked requests are refunded. Repeated attempts to evade these checks may lead to suspension.

We may remove content, refuse requests, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with notice where reasonable. Serious or repeated breaches forfeit unused credits. You can report content that violates this policy by email.
