How to report infringing content and how we handle notices and counter-notices.

以下法律文件以英文版本为准,中文界面暂不提供译文。如有疑问请联系客服。

1. Our commitment

KeepYourSong respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

2. How to send a notice

Email support@example.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The URL or song identifier of the material on our Service that you believe infringes it.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may be rejected. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages.

3. What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly, notify the user who created it and record a strike against the account. Three strikes within 12 months lead to termination.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing: identification of the removed material and where it appeared; your name, address and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or Hong Kong if outside the US) and to accept service from the complaining party; and your signature. We forward counter-notices to the complaining party; if they do not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

5. Generated content and similarity

Songs are generated by AI models that do not copy specific recordings, and our providers apply filters against reproducing known works. Nevertheless, if you believe a generated song substantially copies your work, use the notice process above and we will investigate.
